We’ve been busy with paving and appreciate your patience, especially during night work. We’re continuing to pave on 11th Ave NE over the next few weeks and will start installing the raised bike ramps at bus stops too! Read below for the upcoming construction schedule.

*Upcoming Work*

*Week of Oct. 7*


* *Overnight on Friday Oct. 11,* we will begin demolition work on 11th Ave NE and NE 45th St. Work will begin at 7 PM and end at 6 AM.
* On Saturday Oct. 12 we will pour sections of the street on NE 45th St. Work starts at 7 AM and ends at 3 PM.
* Continued work on curb ramps and electrical crossing improvements at the NE and NW corners of NE 45th St
* Continued work on curb ramps and sidewalk improvements at the SW and SE corners of NE 50th St

*Week of Oct. 14*


* Continued work on curb ramps and electrical crossing improvements at the NW and SE corners of NE 45th St
* *Overnight on Saturday Oct. 19* we will begin paving on 11th Ave NE between NE 43rd St and NE 47th St
* Work will start at 8 PM and end at 6 AM
* Bus stops between NE 45th St and NE 47th St will be closed with detours for Metro routes 31, 32, 67, and 372 between 8 PM and 11 AM. *Week of Oct. 21 *


* Continued paving on 11th Ave NE between NE 43rd St and NE 50th St
* We will also begin paving the raised bike ramps in front of the bus stops on 11th Ave NE from NE 50th St to NE 61st St
* All bus stops from NE 45th St to NE 61st St will be closed between 7 AM and 5 PM with detours for Metro routes 31, 32, 67, and 372. *J Line Construction Starting Soon!*

We are excited to announce that the J line project is starting construction in the coming weeks! We expect some of their project work in the area around NE 43rd St. As they begin their construction, we will be coordinating with their project team on construction activities and neighborhood impacts.
