*King** **County** **Metro** **Transit's** **Employee** **Services** **Division** **is** **seeking** **to** **hire** **three** **(3)** **HR Analysts to join the Leave Services  team. *This position offers a hybrid work environment, fantastic benefits, and the opportunity to provide critical support and case management for Metro Employees seeking protected leave.
 
The HR Analyst is one of six professional staff providing consultation and coordination in the areas of medical and protected leave services for Metro Transit, which employs over 5000 staff. This position will serve as a subject matter expert within Metro's Employee Services Division in the administration of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and King County Family Medical Leave (KCFML). This position will provide consultation in the area of leaves administration within Metro Transit.
 
This position is critically important to the Metro Employees seeking assistance and support through the reasonable accommodation and medical leave processes, and requires the HR Analyst to demonstrate strong coaching skills, collaborative coordination skills, and empathy on a regular basis.
