Virtual Listening Session for Builders, Developers, and Designers

*Stormwater Code and Manual Update 2026*

December 11, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. 

In preparation for the next Stormwater Code & Manual we are holding a virtual listening session for the development and design community. As one of the groups that uses these rules, we want to hear from you how we can improve the Stormwater Code & Manual so that there are improved outcomes during the permitting and construction process. Development in Seattle is vital, especially development that increases housing in the city. Therefore, we want to understand your concerns related to content of the Stormwater Code & Manual.  We want to hear your issues and concerns with existing rules as well as potential solutions to alleviate those concerns. There will be opportunities to share at the meeting as well as through a follow up survey or questionnaire.
