The Department of Local Services is seeking an innovative leader to guide the finance, accounting, and payroll teams in the Road Services Division (the division).   The Finance Manager will oversee all budgeting, financial planning, accounting, internal control, financial management, payroll, internal and external financial reporting, and data stewardship for the division's operating and capital programs.  The position will work closely with program leaders in the division and report directly to the Department of Local Services’ Chief Financial Officer.

As the financial leader supporting the division, the position will have the opportunity to work closely with department and division leadership to offer creative solutions to the unique challenges of facing the division, which include maintaining and constructing critical infrastructure leveraging existing resources and taking action to solve the long-standing structural funding gap.
