*Kenmore Bids Farewell to City Manager Rob Karlinsey and Stephanie Lucash Steps into Interim City Manager Role
*On Monday evening, the Kenmore community came together in a heartfelt celebration to give farewell wishes to Rob Karlinsey, the outgoing city manager who served in the role for 13 years. In recognition of his legacy and dedication, the City Council proclaimed March 17, 2025 as Rob Karlinsey Day [ https://kenmore.civicweb.net/document/261467 ]. During his final city council meeting, Karlinsey honored Kenmore’s "super co-creators"—community members who have made significant contributions to the city, helping to create a community where all people love where they live.

Karlinsey’s official last day with the City is March 23. On March 24, Deputy City Manager Stephanie Lucash will step into the role of Interim City Manager. The City Council plans to conduct a competitive executive search for a permanent city manager over the coming months.
