Logo

*Proposal: *The applicant requests approval for a Minor Deviation to align the setback of the terrace and staircase with the existing nonconforming setback. The terrace and staircase structures are currently located within the shoreline stringline setback. The structure includes a main floor terrace, a lower floor terrace, and an associated staircase, with the staircase encroaching into the shoreline setback by the same amount as the existing nonconforming terrace: approximately 43' 8". The proposed minor deviation would allow the lower and main floor terraces to extend to align with the existing staircase setback. Specifically, the lower terrace would align with the existing nonconforming setback of the staircase, while the main floor terrace would extend approximately 8" further into the shoreline setback*. * click here for details.  [ https://library.municode.com/wa/medina/munidocs/munidocs?nodeId=7814267a5ab7b ]
