Seeking outgoing and upbeat staff to work with adults with physical disabilities.

In this role, you will assess, plan, evaluate, and provide safe recreation therapy for participants in Highland’s adaptive exercise class. This includes designing individual fitness routines, establishing goals, and engaging with the participants. We have designed this class for adults seeking to maintain motor strength, continue fitness after physical therapy, regain functionality, improve range of motion, or simply get out of the house and socialize.

Class will be held from 9am–1:30pm during the week. This job provides staff with truly fulfilling experience while having fun.
