Do you have a story to tell from your P-Patch Garden? Whether it’s about a long-awaited construction project, a gardening tip, or a memorable moment, GROW Northwest would love to hear from you!  GROW is putting together the Spring edition of the "P-Patch Post"—a newsletter designed to connect and inspire gardeners across Seattle. Your stories and photos are a wonderful way to share knowledge, celebrate gardening, and bring the P-Patch Community closer together.

Become a Master Composter/Sustainability Steward 

Are you a *Seattle resident* who wants to learn about compost and preventing waste, and then teach others what you learn? You may be interested in becoming a* Master Composter/Sustainability Steward*. This training is *free* for individuals who want to learn more about these topics and then share what they learned in their communities. 

*Starting on March 19*, you will learn in 12 classes - via Zoom and in person in both Seattle's Wallingford and Rainier Beach neighborhoods - followed by volunteer activities throughout the city. The teachers are subject-matter experts. There is no expectation of prior knowledge for individuals participating in the training, and organizers strive to put together a diverse group of volunteers that represents all of Seattle's communities. *Apply by March 2*.

King County Master Gardeners: "Growing Groceries" classes 

"Growing Groceries" classes are held online via zoom. Classes are ideal for the beginner to intermediate gardener and are open to all. These classes are only $8 each (less if the season is purchased). Fee waivers are offered for each class.

American Community Gardening Association news

The American Community Gardening Association (ACGA) supports community Gardens across North America by providing resources and education.
