We are hiring a *Facilities Planning Coordinator *to* *be part of the *Municipal Operations Capital Delivery* team providing documentation coordination and project management support at Finance and Asset Management's over 13 facilities. This position supports citywide projects as assistant project manager on major capital improvement projects (CIPs) such as construction of new Fire Stations 10 and 5, major renovation of Fire Station 6, and unplanned renovation requests. Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Bellevue City Code, and other workplace health and safety requirements are also key components of the work.  
 
This position will manage documentation control processes throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of major CIP projects and assist the project management team in the analysis highly complex technical issues and sensitive political and organizational issues. body { font-size: 1em; font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; color: #333333; }
