*Jack Crawford Day A Success, Thanks to Community Volunteers
*Many hands make light work! There was a great turnout last Saturday for the annual volunteer work party, Jack Crawford Day, at Log Boom Park. There were 39 volunteers and a combined total of 110 volunteer hours! The volunteers removed a large section of knotweed near the History Path, spread mulch in the landscaped areas along the pier pathway, cut and removed ivy along the east property line, and removed invasive plants on the beach. A lot was accomplished for a 3-hour event due to our amazing volunteers - "*thank you! *""* *"
