Don't Wait to Inflate (2) [ https://dontwaittoinflate.org ]
*A friendly PSA - check your tires for proper inflation and help save salmon*
With fall here and dropping temperatures, tire pressure in vehicles can decrease too. Don’t Wait to Inflate reminds drivers that keeping tires properly inflated is safer for people and salmon. Checking tire pressure
monthly and adding air if needed improves road safety, tire wear and gas mileage, and helps keep toxic pollutants out of our waterways. Studies show a chemical in tire rubber called 6PPD-q is toxic to coho salmon and other aquatic life. By keeping your tires properly inflated you can reduce tire dust and protect salmon and Puget Sound. Visit DontWaitToInflate.org [ https://dontwaittoinflate.org ] to learn more.

*Last Call for Washington EV Instant Rebates Program*
Program funding for the Washington Electric Vehicle Instant Rebates is expected to run out before end of October.
Eligible drivers can get up to $9,000 in instant rebates on the lease or $5,000 on the purchase of a new qualifying EV — plus up to $7,500 in federal incentives on certain vehicles. Even better, no additional paperwork is required, and the rebate happens at the car dealership. Learn more at waevinstantrebates.org [ https://waevinstantrebates.org/ ].
