Help shape our services by sharing your experience
You might have participated in one of our surveys during your permitting experience with Development Services or accessed the survey through a staff email signature link. Wondering what this is about? The goal of our Customer Experience program is to leverage real-time stakeholder feedback to create actionable insights that deliver exceptional public service. We gather anonymous data throughout the permitting process to refine our workplans and improve our methods. Our ultimate goal is to simplify, streamline and enhance our interactions and processes, making them as efficient and clear as possible. Please engage with our surveys when applying for your next permit at MyBuildingPermit.com [ https://mybuildingpermit.com/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery ] and help us identify opportunities for positive change!

Staff in safety gear inside building under construction
Next month, the City of Bellevue will recognize Building Safety Month. In May of each year, the International Code Council (ICC) leads a campaign to recognize building safety professionals for the significant work they do. Each day, code officials dedicate themselves to keeping the public safe. Watch for more on Building Safety Month in May!
