Celebrating National Heart Month in February

Auburn Community Fitness will celebrate *National Heart Month* in February kicking off a full month of programs and activities centered on Heart Health starting with the new Love Run Almost 5K Fun Run/Walk [ http://apm.activecommunities.com/auburnwa/Activity_Search/9562 ] on *Saturday, February 1st.  *Additionally, in celebration of National Heart Month, Fitness Memberships [ https://www.auburnwa.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageid=12529726&portalid=11470638 ] for the month of February will be $5 off.

The Love Run is one of three runs as part of the ALMOST 5K | ALWAYS FUN series of runs at Les Gove Park. The other two runs will include the Poker Fun Run in August and the Glow Run in November. Community vendors will be on hand at the Love Run with information and activities pertaining to heart health. T-shirts are guaranteed with *early registration [ https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/auburnwa/activity/search/detail/9562?onlineSiteId=0&from_original_cui=true ] by January 10.* The Love Run is an all ages, all abilities event. Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. T-shirts are available for registered participants only.

Childcare 2023
Drop-In Childcare

Bring the kids to the Community Center for some play time while you use the Fitness Center or a fitness class. 

Kids ages 6 months to 10 years.  Parents must remain on site, 2 hours max/visit.  $5 daily drop-in.  Add unlimited childcare to your fitness membership for $15/child/month.
