NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Medina will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing via Teleconference Zoom Meeting and In-Person at Medina City Hall on *MONDAY, DECEMEBER 9, 2024, at 5:00 PM *or as soon thereafter as called by the City Council, regarding the City of Medina Complete Street Ordinance.

The Medina City Council has moved to hybrid meetings, offering both in-person and online meeting participation. In accordance with the direction from Governor Inslee, masking and social distancing will be optional for those participating in person.

Please see below for ways to participate and comment during the Hybrid public hearing.

*Register to Speak:* Individuals wishing to speak live during the Hybrid Public Hearing will need to register their request with the City Clerk at 425.233.6411 or email akellerman@medina-wa.gov and leave a message before 2PM on the day of the December 9, 2024, Council meeting. Please reference the Public Hearing for December 9, 2024, Council Meeting on your correspondence. The City Clerk will call on you by name or telephone number when it is your turn to speak. 

*Telephone:* To listen to the meeting or speak live during the Public Hearing via telephone, please call 1-253-205-0468 and enter 819 6169 6176# when prompted.

*Internet:* To watch the meeting over the Internet or speak live during Public Hearing, via your computer microphone, follow these steps:

*Written Comments:* Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at akellerman@medina-wa.gov.  Written comments must be received by 2PM on December 9, 2024.  All comments received timely will be forwarded to the Council before the meeting.  A brief summary of the comments will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
