Council Roundup: Cyclone doesn't stop Bellevue from adopting budget

On Tuesday, the City Council unanimously approved the 2025-2026 Operating Budget and 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Plan as lights in Council Chambers flickered and a bomb cyclone moved through the area Tuesday night.
