SUBJECT:  Community E-lert® -  *SR-520 Weekend Closure*

Community E-lert® is a registered trademark of the City of Medina Police Department.   This announcement is provided as a public service to residents of Medina and Hunts Point.  It is our intention to distribute these E-lerts following an occurrence or condition that may have public safety or community well-being implications.

According to WSDOT's online posting [ https://sr520construction.com/projects/sr-520-closed-in-both-directions-across-lake-washington-oct-11-14-yrg72k38j2 ], the SR-520 bridge will be completely closed from I-5 in Seattle to 92nd Avenue NE in Clyde Hill starting at 11pm Friday, October 11th until 5am on Monday, October 14th. The SR-520 trail will also be closed. 

In addition to this SR-520 closure, WSDOT reports that southbound I-5 in Seattle from mid-Boeing Field to Interurban will have three of its five lanes closed for restriping. Lanes will close at 9pm Saturday, October 12th until 7am Sunday, October 13th. On Sunday, lanes will close at 9pm and reopen by 5am on Monday, October 14th. Multiple ramps will also be closed.

Lastly, WSDOT reports that up to three lanes of southbound I-405 between SR-522 and NE 160th Street near Bothell will also be closed starting at 11pm on Friday, October 11th until 11am on Saturday, October 12th for the I-405/Brick-yard to SR-527 Improvement Project [ https://wsdot.wa.gov/construction-planning/search-projects/i-405sr-522-vicinity-sr-527-express-toll-lanes-improvement-project ]. Multiple ramps will also be closed from 2am-11am on Saturday, October 12th.
