Medina Residents,

As we communicated earlier today, Republic Services is resuming all collection services for all residential customers in Medina this week per their normal schedule with their regular drivers.

*Customers will be serviced on their normal collection day and should leave out all their containers and all extra material in bags that will be collected at no additional charge.*

We will continue to update you with further information as Republic Services provides it.

 

*The City of Medina is transitioning to a new alert and notification platform: CivicPlus Mass Notification System.* This change means we will no longer use our current system to send emergency alerts or routine city updates.

To continue receiving important emergency notifications and city communications, *please sign up for the new system *by texting *"MedinaWA" to 38276* by *August 30, 2025*. If you have questions or need further assistance, please call us at (425) 233-6400.
