Moving to Los Angeles ： I want to move my belongings in Storage

Hi, we would like to move our belongings in Sotrage. Since we are already in Los Angeles, we are originally planning to fly to Seattle, rent a U-haul in Seattle, pack up our stuff, and drive to Los Angeles as a cheap measure. But we are still looking at a cost ＄ of 3000.
If you know of a cheaper way, please let us know.
Here are the details of our current budget
