KCIT is seeking to hire an IT Systems Specialist Entry to join our team. This position will be performing level 1 technology support with KCIT Support Teams. The successful candidate will be expected to work and manage assigned tickets in KCIT’s IT Service Management Tool (Cherwell). The primary function is supporting walk-up window, queue triage, onboarding, offboarding, transfer, move, hardware, software, printer queues and IT equipment peripherals to Executive branch customers.
