The Housing and Community Development (HCD) Division [ https://kingcounty.gov/en/legacy/depts/community-human-services/housing#:~:text=Building%20a%20vibrant%20community%20where%20everyone%20has%20a%20stable%20home. ] of DCHS is recruiting for a *H**ousing Capital Investments Manager** *to join the Capital Programs section. They will manage two teams within the Capital Programs section: Housing Finance and Asset Management. 

 

HCD is looking for a reliable individual with *strong management skills* and a *passion for advancing housing affordability solutions*. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of capital funding sources, including compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. To succeed in this role, this position must be able to effectively train staff, work with external stakeholders, and manage competing projects simultaneously.
