* Leverages system expertise to optimize the department’s business system operations and technology projects
* Collaborates with senior leadership across department, serving as a liaison between Parks, other departments and the IT department.
Business systems managers dedicate significant time to managing analysts, overseeing software system operations, and coordinating with technicians or contractors.
