The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for preparing financial modeling scenario analysis and summarizing key findings, in addition to contributing to the broad and variable analytical products supported by the unit. Examples of key initiatives or projects:
* Annual sewer rate process
* Capacity charge revenue forecasts
* Monthly cash flow forecasts
* Fixed asset replacement models
* Rate surveys, peer benchmarking, and affordability analysis

This position is an individual contributor role within the Rates & Financial Planning Unit, which is part of the Finance & Administration Section of the Wastewater Treatment Division, a division within King County’s Department of Natural Resources and Parks.
