The Art Instructor is responsible for planning, developing, and instructing a variety of art programs and events for youth and/or adults. This position works closely with and is supervised by the Northwest Arts Center Recreation Coordinator. This position will primarily work out of the Northwest Arts Center but may also teach at the Boys & Girls Club Main Club in Downtown Bellevue as well as at community events.
 
*Work Schedule *is varied but will typically be 5-15 hours per week. Schedule to be determined at time of hire based on applicant availability and facility needs.
 
The Northwest Arts Center is located near downtown Bellevue in the Clyde Hill neighborhood. We provide classes in performance arts and fine arts. This position will help shape and diversify the center’s internal art curriculum offerings to our community.
