This Community Health Services (CHS) nurse leadership position will assure nursing practices and standards of care are relevant to and implemented across all CHS services that provide nursing care. This may include but is not limited to the oversight of workflow development within the department’s electronic health record. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the identification, prioritization, and processing of changes to Epic Care related to care team practices.
