We are looking for a Clearing & Grading Inspection and Review Supervisor to join our team. You will serve as first-line supervisor to Clearing & Grading Inspectors and Reviewers. You'll be responsible for organizing and prioritizing work activities of staff, providing technical guidance, and resolving difficult disputes with contractors/developers/designers, homeowners, and staff. You'll be responsible for the resolution of sensitive field and design situations, the coordination of review and inspection programs with contractors/developers/designers, and coordination with review and inspection staff in other divisions or City departments. You will play a strong leadership role with employees in setting standards for building safety, work performance, and citizen relations.
