The Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention is seeking *two** *(2) Human Resource Analysts to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resource Analysts will focus will be recruiting and hiring a talented, diverse workforce to meet the current and future needs of our growing and changing organization. We are looking for action-oriented professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to take an innovative and creative approach to recruitment, background coordinator and onboarding of new staff. We're a small group that works smart and cohesively to successfully meet the needs of a large department. While the primary focus of the Human Resource Analyst role is recruiting, responsibilities may also include broader HR tasks as needed, such as leave management, employee engagement, labor relations, and more.

Possess effective communication skills using tact and diplomacy in all situations.

Be excited and dedicated to working with a dynamic team and will pitch in where needed.

Have experience with high volume recruiting to fill multiple vacancies.

*This recruitment will create an eligibility list which may be used to fill future Career Service, Term Limited Temporary or Special Duty Assignment Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Analyst) vacancies. *
