Rain brings flooding to Bellevue, region

Drivers urged to turn around when streets are underwater

Streets in some low-lying areas of Bellevue were flooded Tuesday after heavy rains Monday dumped close to two inches of water, swelling local streams. Drivers are warned to turn around and use a different route if they encounter water over the street.
