The City of Bellevue Fire Department is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented person to manage local, state and federal grant and reimbursement program. This position supports all divisions in the Fire Department.  The number of grants and reimbursements processes vary from year to year, however 60 to 75% of the work is associated with the City's Office of Emergency Management, a division within the Fire Department.  
  
 A passion for organization, documentation and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals within the City and with outside entities agencies will be vital to success in this role.  We are looking for an extraordinary candidate who is excited about the opportunity to work in this environment and helping to ensure resources are available to deliver essential public safety services. This individual will coordinate required activities for existing grant-funded projects, evaluate projects for funding potential, write proposals, monitor state and federal regulations, monitor financial activities coordinate efforts with granting agencies, and provide support for other Office of Emergency Management and Fire Department activities. body { font-size: 1em; font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; color: #333333; }
