Community E-lert® is a registered trademark of the City of Medina Police Department.   This announcement is provided as a public service to residents of Medina and Hunts Point.  It is our intention to distribute these E-lerts following an occurrence or condition that may have public safety or community well-being implications.

According to WSDOT's online posting [ https://sr520construction.com/projects/sr-520-closed-in-both-directions-across-lake-washington-eastbound-access-to-montlake-only-overnight-on-march-20-qn12frpmyi ], the SR-520 bridge will be closed starting at 9pm today, Thursday, March 20th until 5am on Friday, March 21st.

SR-520 westbound will be closed between 92nd Avenue NE in Clyde Hill and I-5 in Seattle.

SR-520 eastbound will be closed between Montlake Boulevard in Seattle and 92nd Avenue NE in Clyde Hill. Note: Travelers from I-5 heading eastbound on SR-520 will need to exit at Montlake Boulevard.

The SR-520 Trail will remain open.
