Bellevue Fleet and Communications Division is currently recruiting to fill an* Autmotive Inventory Specialist I position*. In this role, the primary focus will be to ensure an appropriate supply of parts and supplies for technicians to maintain the city’s fleet and oversee inventory stores in accordance with State and City requirements. Regular demonstration of accounting, math, data entry and management, attentiveness to detail, and other general organization skills is expected for individuals in this classification.

This position will report directly to the Fleet & Communications Manager over these programs and/or the Fleet and Communications Leadership Team (FCLT), to determine daily assignments, assure obligations are met in a timely manner and provide overall support to Fleet and Communications customers, staff and vendors.  

*Work Schedule: *Candidates must be willing to work Monday through Friday 7:00 to 3:30 PM and be on call during emergency operations.
