Do you have a passion for the environment and your Bellevue parks? Applications are being accepted for a *free* Bellevue Naturalist training program, designed to develop a group of dedicated volunteers trained in environmental awareness and stewardship.






Bellevue Naturalist

Ideal candidates will have an enthusiasm for learning and a passion for the outdoors. Bellevue residents will have priority for selection, but residents of other cities will be considered if space allows.

*Program Details*


* Training Site: In-person
* Dates & Times: February 6-April 29, 2025
* Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. 
* Saturday field trips, times vary

* Time Commitment: After training, volunteers commit to 100 hours of service to Bellevue’s natural resources.
