The City of Bellevue is currently seeking a *part-time **Senior Office Assistant/Event Administrative Assistant* for the Parks Scheduling Office and Special Event Committee. The chosen candidate will support a collaborative One City organizational approach and effort to achieve high performance.

Our Event Administrative Support Assistant will provide Special Event Committee (SEC) information, answer questions, process applications, forms and payments, and send out correspondence.

A great candidate for this position has experience with Customer Service, events, payment processing, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams. Will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, understand events, meeting preparation, payment processing, be flexible, enjoy a fast paced and ever-changing environment, and work well with database-type computer systems.
 
This position involves a high degree of internal and external contact as well as clerical work in an office environment. Employees receive and answer inquiries from the public by email, telephone, on a wide range of government services, rates, policies, and procedures. Cash handling and/or payment invoicing and collection is.
 
Hybrid schedule may be available, with some days each week remote and some in person at Bellevue City Hall.  The typical work hours are up to 28 hours per week, Monday-Friday during the day, but could include occasional evening and/or weekend shifts.
