Communities Count is excited to share the recent release of* the Health of Older Adults in King County chart pack [ https://www.communitiescount.org/older-adults ]*—a data resource that sheds light on the well being, needs, and strengths of older residents in our community. This data resource developed by Public Health—Seattle & King County and the Communities Count Team offers a comprehensive overview on how local older adults (age 65+) are doing across social determinants of health, health care access, chronic disease, and end-of-life outcome indicators.
