The IT Department consists of 60 talented employees serving over 1,600 staff in 13 departments across 35 different locations. The IT Department supports the computers, applications, network, servers, communications, and services needed to support high quality City operations. In 2022, the City of Bellevue won first place in the Center for Digital Government Digital Cities Survey for our work in advancing digital government and Smart City. As technology continues to evolve, ITD’s partnership with customers is critical to successful technology adoption.  
 
We are looking to fill *two (2) key leadership roles *on the IT Security Program team.  Please submit your application if you are interested in either of the following positions. Successful selected candidates may be eligible for a hiring bonus up to $8000, dependent on experience (See below for additional details).

* *_Security Operations Lead_*– 
* This position will be responsible for security operations, including monitoring, vulnerability management, identity management, cybersecurity architecture, threat management, and incident response and forensics. Manages team and vendors responsible for key aspects of security operations and works closely with the Security Compliance Lead and other IT managers to achieve a robust protection, detection and response posture.

* *_Security Compliance Lead_ *– 
* This position will be responsible for cybersecurity regulatory, compliance and privacy efforts across the enterprise.  This role works closely with the Security Operations Lead and collaborates with operational departments to maintain compliance with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services), PCI (Payment Card Industry), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), other accreditation requirements.  Works regionally to collaborate with other State and Local cybersecurity leaders on joint projects, participate in regional cyber exercises, and manage IT security projects.
