The *Land Survey Manager* in the City of Bellevue’s Finance and Asset Management Department is responsible for management and supervision of the professional land surveying operations in support of the design, acquisition of property, and construction for City infrastructure improvement projects.  Also including management of:

* Review and approval of the Land Survey portion of all Plats, Short Plats, Boundary Line Adjustments, and Binding Site Plans;
* Maintenance of the City of Bellevue Survey Control Network as part of the City’s Monument Preservation Program.
This position involves the coordination of survey teams, management of survey data, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and providing technical expertise on land and property boundaries.
