The City of Bellevue is hiring a* Business Expense Coordinator*to administer the City's ProCard program and Oversee the Business Expense Policy and Procard Policy & Procedures to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, the incumbent will: 
* Air travel coordinator for the city
* Manage multiple city-wide contracts to optimize contract performance. 
* Manage supplier accounts, order routes and payment routes.
* Gather, analyze, and monitor performance measures for a variety of Finance topics. 
* Analyze cost savings measures. 
* Coordinate inter-fund billing for the copy center and copiers city-wide. 
* Track statistical data as required for contracts and performance measures.
* Project management for special projects. 
* Participate on City committees or sub-committees. 
* Work is performed under limited supervision with regular opportunity to apply independent judgment.
