The City of Seattle has chosen Webex as its recommended conferencing platform for meetings with external stakeholders (Boards, Commission, Advisory Committees, etc.) because it has capabilities that best support Board and Commission functions while also meeting City of Seattle privacy and security requirements.

Here are a few guidelines so you know what to expect:


* Members of the public participating virtually will be *muted* for the duration of the meeting.
* *Video function* is optional to ensure a smooth connection during the meeting. (Video takes a significant amount of bandwidth)

* Mask/face coverings are optional.  While it is not required, please respect those who choose to wear one.

* The sign-up form will be available 2 hours before the start of the committee meeting. Registration will close once the meeting has begun.
* You may submit written public comment any time. We encourage you to submit written comment well in advance of the meeting to give the Committee sufficient time to review them. If you would like to ensure that your written public comment is forwarded to the Committee prior to the Committee meeting, please submit your comment to Nelson.Pesigan@seattle.gov <nelson.pesigan@seattle.gov> no later than 3:30 pm the day prior to meeting.
