Are you able to build relationships with probation professionals and collaborate with the court, law enforcement, and treatment agencies in the community?

We are looking for an *Adult Misdemeanor **Probation Manager* to join our team. As the City's Probation Manager you will plan, organize and direct the operation and programs of the City of Bellevue Probation Division. City of Bellevue Probation provides a wide variety of services and support to the community and delivers professional, evidence-based probation services to adult misdemeanor referrals from King County District Court including probation, compliance monitoring, electronic home detention, and work crew.   

 

We are seeking a culturally-competent, highly-experienced leader who can manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines and who is able to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of enthusiasm. Successful candidates will have experience prioritizing equity and inclusion in all aspects of their work, including application of division policies and procedures. In addition, candidates must be able to instill trust, work collaboratively with others, build and support strong teams, and develop people to meet their professional and organizational goals.  

 

In the City of Bellevue, the Probation Division is a part of the Parks & Community Services Department.
