The City of Bellevue Transportation Department Signal and Lighting shop is seeking a License EL01 Signal Electrician for the Projects Inspection group that is self-motivated and team oriented. The position in this classification is responsible for inspection of traffic signals, street lighting systems, pedestrian signals, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and related electrical equipment.  Incumbents locate existing circuits; locate and/or repair defective circuits; inspect contractor installation of traffic signal systems; and provide technical support to Right of Way inspectors during construction of transportation systems.
