The Forest Practices Board adopted rules [ https://www.dnr.wa.gov/about/boards-and-councils/forest-practices-board/rules-and-guidelines/forest-practices-rules ] pertaining to the Marbled Murrelet at their November 8, 2023, meeting. These rules are effective January 1, 2024. Amended rules include Chapters 222-12, 222-16 and 222-10 WAC.
