*FREE Bike Clinic at the Last Kenmore Farmers Market of the Season *
Ride to the market on August 27 and learn quick bike repairs from the experts. Seattle REconomy [ https://seattlereconomy.org/ ] will be in Town Square from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. for a FREE Bike Clinic [ https://www.kenmorewa.gov/Home/Components/Calendar/Event/3090/102 ] offering guidance and the tools to get your ride running smoothly. Stop by and get tuned up!

August 27 also marks the final Kenmore Farmers Market of the season. A big thank-you to Northshore Farmers Markets [ https://www.northshorefarmersmarkets.org/kenmore-farmers-market ], all the farmers, food makers, and vendors who filled downtown with fresh produce, local goods, and community spirit all summer long. Don’t miss your last chance to shop local and celebrate the close of another wonderful market season.

*Kenmore Children’s Business Fair September 6: Support Young Local Entrepreneurs*
Join Thoughtful Citizens [ https://www.facebook.com/events/1871055123464163 ] at the Hangar in Town Square on Saturday, September 6, from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. for the Kenmore Children’s Business Fair [ https://www.kenmorewa.gov/Home/Components/Calendar/Event/3083/102?curm=9&cury=2025 ]. Over 45 young vendors from our local community will be selling their own creations—from plushies, jewelry, and stained glass to pet accessories, apparel, toys, and more. These inspiring entrepreneurs have worked hard to design products, set prices, and practice real customer exchanges—and they can’t wait to share their businesses with you. Come shop, support, and celebrate the creativity of our community’s youth!

*New Human Services Resource Guide Now Available*
The City of Kenmore Human Services Guide [ https://www.kenmorewa.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/4234/638887960692370000 ] is now available both electronically and in print. This handy booklet makes it easier to navigate the wide network of resources available throughout the county, offering phone numbers and contact information for services ranging from health care, housing, food, and financial assistance to counseling, addiction recovery, legal support, and resources for children, seniors, immigrants, and more. Pick one up in the Community Resources area of the City Hall lobby or at the Hangar. *Give the Gift of Life: Upcoming Blood Drives in Kenmore*

Two opportunities to donate blood in Kenmore are coming up:


* The American Red Cross will host a drive at Kenmore City Hall on Thursday, August 28, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Sign up in advance here [ https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/drive-results?zipSponsor=KenmoreCity ].
