In this role, you are a key member of the Fire Department’s Administration unit which provides financial support services for all Fire department divisions (Administration, Operations, Training, EMS, Fire Prevention, Office of Emergency Management). This is a developing position in scope and responsibilities, and you will have the ability to help determine the role’s day to day structure as well as building out reporting mechanisms and procedures. As the department continues to grow in both size and complexity, this role is vital to the continued success of Bellevue Fire and maintaining the management of an organization widely considered to be among the best in the region. A passion for process improvement and strategic thinking will be vital to success in this role.
