Dear Lake Sammamish resident,

In June, the King County Flood Control District (District) will launch a $1,000,000 grant opportunity. The Lake Sammamish Dock and Shoreline Grant Program will fund flood risk reduction projects for Lake Sammamish shoreline infrastructure, particularly docks and outbuildings, and shoreline erosion control.

King County, as service provider to the District, will host informational sessions to support lakeshore property owners to apply for this grant program.

Questions and comments are welcome on the program’s virtual open house (https://publicinput.gov/lake-sammamish-grants) or at LakeSammamishGrants@kingcounty.gov.
