Jet's Gymnastics Express Ages: 6-12

Jet's Gymnastics Express

Flip, balance and stretch your way to confidence. Students build strength, coordination and flexibility while learning tumbling, bars, beam and vault. Training is tailored to each child’s level, from beginner to intermediate, in a noncompetitive and supportive environment focused on fitness, fun and self-esteem.

Improve your basketball skills and fundamentals. In partnership with Local Hoops, these clinics help participants learn concepts, develop their game and prepare for the season. Players practice individual and group drills to build dribbling, shooting, defense and passing.
