One room is available in a recently purchased single-family, three-bedroom house. The house is a ten minute walk from Seward Park in South Seattle and the neighborhood is safe and pleasant.

Rent is $700/month. A wired connection terminal is installed to provide a stable internet connection. The landlord pays for that himself. Other utilities （ electricity, water, gas, and garbage collection ） are to be paid equally among the roommates.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed and a height adjustable desk.

The bathroom is located next to the room and is shared with the other room's occupant. We are happy if you are able to keep a clean environment with each other due to the shared living space.
