Free Trial Lecture ： You will experience the atmosphere of the course in a trial lecture with a private lesson with your instructor. After that, a brief presentation and Q&A session （ 75 minutes ）
Individual consultation ： Your instructor will carefully answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you are worried about whether you can do it ？, please consult with us first. （ 30 min ）

Instructor ： Kiyomi Takahashi has been teaching yoga in Los Angeles since 2009. She has been teaching at several studios in English and Japanese since 2015 and launched INNER GLOW YOGA SCHOOL in 2021.

The course is designed to provide a comprehensive and solid foundation of yoga, with a wide range of courses from asana, meditation, philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, mantra, and more.
Whether you want to learn the fundamentals of yoga for yourself or to become a teacher, we will provide the necessary support for each until graduation.
